Terms and Conditions

Welcome to BrandHub, a product of Manifiesto, Inc. By accessing or using BrandHub, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

BrandHub is an AI-powered brand identity platform built for solopreneurs, startups, and early-stage ventures seeking to quickly generate foundational brand assets.

Based on your inputs, BrandHub delivers:

  • Three logo concepts (JPEG format) to pick one of them.

  • A complete brand kit including typography and color palette

  • Optional brand strategy elements, such as name ideas and positioning

BrandHub is a guided AI service — not a full-service agency. Outputs are generated using AI-powered prompt engineering and creative automation tools. The goal is to provide a fast, affordable entry point into brand identity, not a custom branding engagement.

2. Logo Generation and File Formats

  • BrandHub uses AI to generate text-to-image prompts, which are then processed to create three logo concept images.

  • Logos are delivered in JPEG format only. These are non-editable raster images intended to inspire or serve as visual starting points.

  • Vector files (e.g., .SVG or .AI) are not included by default. They can be created or refined through our consulting services upon request.

  • Final design refinement, logo revision, or brand adaptation is not included in the base package.

3. BrandKit Attribution

The BrandKit delivered with your project is structured using the "Style Guidelines (Community)" template by Yahya Amirudin, available through the Figma Community.

  • Manifiesto, Inc. does not claim original authorship of the template structure, but we adapt and populate it based on your AI-generated brand outputs.

  • Any modifications or additional brand asset creation beyond the initial AI-generated content are offered through consultancy services.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the automated and digital nature of BrandHub’s service, all purchases are final. Specifically:

  • If the three logo options provided do not meet your expectations, you are still not eligible for a refund.

  • The service is designed to offer rapid, low-cost inspiration, not a guarantee of satisfaction or uniqueness.

  • Users seeking refinement or professional guidance are encouraged to purchase consulting services, which allow for feedback-driven revisions and final vector asset creation.

5. Consultancy and Design Support

BrandHub offers optional consultancy packages for users who want:

  • Custom logo refinements

  • Editable vector files (.SVG, .AI, .EPS)

  • Naming validation, visual direction, or strategy assistance

Upon request:

  • You will receive a non-billable discovery call to discuss your needs.

  • A quote will be provided within 3 business days, detailing scope and estimated hours.

  • No work begins until you approve the quote in writing.

  • Work is billed against prepaid hours and tracked transparently.

These services are separate from the AI-driven platform and are subject to additional service terms.

6. User Responsibilities

By using BrandHub, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for performing trademark, copyright, and domain name checks before using any brand asset commercially.

  • You acknowledge that AI-generated names, logos, or visuals may not be unique or legally protectable.

  • You understand that outputs are generated based on your input and that creative direction is not human-curated unless explicitly stated.

  • BrandHub is designed for users who are capable of making branding decisions independently or in combination with optional consulting services.

7. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your original inputs and project data.

  • Manifiesto, Inc. retains ownership of the BrandHub platform, underlying AI prompts, and templates.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the AI-generated brand outputs commercially, subject to your own due diligence.

  • All Figma Community templates used are under their respective community licenses and attributions.

  • Final deliverables from consulting services may include different licensing terms, defined in your specific agreement.

8. Payment and Access

BrandHub operates on a per-package or token-based model, with optional add-ons for consulting services. Payments are processed through Stripe or other approved methods.

Access may be suspended in cases of:

  • Non-payment

  • Account misuse

  • Breach of these Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Manifiesto, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of BrandHub.

  • The service is provided “as-is”, without warranty of any kind.

  • You are solely responsible for how you implement or use any asset generated through the platform.

10. Modifications to the Service

Manifiesto, Inc. reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue BrandHub (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
