At Manifiesto, Inc., we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how BrandHub collects, uses, and stores information when you use our service.

By using BrandHub, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect and store the following types of information:

a. Information You Provide

  • Your name, email, and contact information

  • Business name, description, and other branding inputs

  • Responses to onboarding prompts and questionnaires

  • Uploaded assets or inspiration for your brand

  • Payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card details)

b. Automatically Collected Data

  • IP address and approximate geolocation

  • Device type and browser information

  • Usage behavior, time stamps, and activity logs

  • Error reports and analytics

c. Generated Content

  • Brand-related outputs generated through AI (e.g. logo concepts, brand names, taglines)

  • Generated image files (JPEG) and PDF brand kits

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

  • Generate AI-based brand assets (logo prompts, names, colors, typography)

  • Deliver downloadable brand kits and logo previews

  • Improve the quality and performance of the platform

  • Send status updates, invoices, or relevant communication

  • Provide optional consulting services

  • Prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access

We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely using cloud infrastructure provided by Microsoft Azure. This includes:

  • Structured data in MongoDB

  • Uploaded files and deliverables in Azure Storage

We use encryption, access control, and monitoring tools to ensure that your data is protected at all times.

4. Third-Party Services

We may share your data only as necessary with trusted third parties to operate BrandHub:

  • Stripe – to process payments securely

  • AI Image Generation APIs – to generate logo concepts

  • Figma – brand kits are created using community templates and exported for you

These services are governed by their own privacy policies and are contractually obligated to protect your data.

We also use the "Style Guidelines (Community)" template by Yahya Amirudin (Figma Community) to generate your brand kits. No personal data is shared with the template creator or the Figma community.

5. Data Retention

We retain user data for as long as:

  • Your account is active

  • Your projects are in progress or accessible

  • It is necessary to comply with legal or operational requirements

If you would like your data permanently deleted, you must contact us directly (see Section 7). Deletion will remove your user account and all generated assets.

6. Children’s Privacy

BrandHub is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover that a minor has submitted data, we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data

  • Request corrections or updates

  • Request deletion of your data and account

  • Request data portability (export in machine-readable format)

  • Object to or restrict certain types of processing

  • Opt out of the sale of personal information (BrandHub does not sell user data)
